Tom Gaillard is Group RHI’s CEO, charged with leading our acquisition efforts and creating a national leader in the retirement industry.
Tom’s track record includes over a decade at publicly-traded Bottomline Technologies, where he played a pivotal role in growing Bottomline’s revenue from $65 million to over $350 million, catapulting the business to over a billion dollars in value.
Tom earned his undergraduate degree from Williams College and his MBA from Harvard University.
Tony Panagiotu is President of Panagiotu Pension Advisors and leads the design and administration of retirement plans for over 1,800 clients. An ERISA attorney and CPA, Tony is a sought-after lecturer, conducting seminars for CPAs, attorneys and clients on topics related to retirement plan law and plan administration.
Tony earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Puget Sound.
Mickey McDaniel founded Retirement Horizons, Inc. and provides strategic insight and leadership to Group RHI. Earlier in his career, Mickey held senior positions with several of the largest consulting firms in the nation.
Mickey is a graduate of University of Texas at Austin, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary.
Group RHI is supported by Boston-based Candescent Partners, whose principals have invested more than $800 million in over 40 companies.
